A short biography,
honestly told.
I am Manager, Product Design at ServiceNow, leading a seven-person team across Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Enterprise Architecture — on the teams building the AI-native layer where Now Assist meets the workflow surfaces that risk and compliance professionals use every day.
My day-to-day is split between three things. Designing inside the Horizon design system. Prototyping in React, with Figma MCP and Claude Code as core parts of the loop. And, increasingly, writing the rules and skills that let AI agents generate UI that fits the product without hand-correction.
I have spent most of my time at ServiceNow in the harder corners of the platform — compliance, risk, and the kinds of workflows that get audited. That background is the reason the AI work I do now is not speculative. The problems an audit log has to solve, or a risk control has to encode, are problems I have lived with long enough to know where the constraints actually bite.
I live in Bengaluru with my family. I teach Sunday school to teenagers, which is, depending on the week, either the most rewarding thing I do or the one that humbles me most. I think both of those facts are relevant to the kind of designer I am.
On the side I build small indie mobile apps, mostly with React Native and Expo, mostly in spaces I am personally part of — family, faith, community. That work is a counterweight to enterprise design. It keeps me honest about what software is for, and it is where I do most of my designing from a blank file.

A team that takes the AI-native shift seriously, and treats design as central to it.
The companies I am most interested in are the ones where the product surface is genuinely changing because of agents, and where design has a real say in how that change happens. If that sounds like your team, I would like to hear from you.
